Hello, I’m Ella
and I guide you on an inner journey towards your authentic self.
Before we begin, let me share with you my own personal journey.
In 2018, I went on my first solo backpacking trip with one big question in my heart: Why am I here? What is my purpose? At the time, I wasn’t deeply into spirituality yet. I occasionally did some yoga or meditation, and I was curious about astrology and chakras through books I read. But something had started to stir inside me. Looking back, I now know it was the beginning of my Saturn return, a quiet inner awakening that I couldn’t yet put into words. This became a journey of self-love and self-acceptance.
My Values
Autonomy
Making your own choices and being able to hold yourself. I believe that we know best what is right for us. So I will always encourage you to listen to your own body, intuition and your own wisdom first.
Connection
A deep connection with ourselves, each other and nature supports us in our journey towards our authentic self. Connection helps us to be present in the moment and to really feel and listen to our needs.
Freedom
Freedom is a right that everyone deserves. No one can own us as we are born as a unique individual soul. You have the right to make your own decisions, choose your direction in life, to use your voice and express yourself autentically.
Safety
We can only grow, heal and go on our journey if we feel safe in the environment, in our body and with the people close to use or guiding us. I will always encourage you to check in with yourself if you feel safe enough to go on a journey with me.
