By mastering deep and calm breathing, we can soothe our nervous system, transitioning from a fight-or-flight state to one of relaxation, thereby reducing stress. Conversely, engaging in more active breathing techniques can help release blockages, fostering a deeper state of awareness and a connection with your soul.

This class is designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery through conscious connected breathwork, a powerful practice that involves rhythmic, continuous breathing without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This technique helps to release stored emotions, reduce stress, and foster a profound connection to your inner self, allowing for deep emotional and physical healing.

We begin with a tranquil meditation to help you center yourself, bringing calm to both your body and mind. From there, we transition into the breathwork.

The class concludes with a soothing sound healing session using crystal alchemy bowls. These bowls emit specific frequencies that resonate with different energy centers in the body, helping to clear blockages, balance your energy, and integrate the breathwork experience. The harmonious vibrations of the crystal bowls promote deep relaxation, inner peace, and overall well-being, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to yourself.

  • Deepening Breathwork Session

    90 min. consult / €135,-

    Discover the power of breath in a 90-minute session designed just for you. I'll guide you through a journey of breath and music, tailored to your personal needs. We'll explore the seven chakras or energy centers in your body, each connected to the natural elements of air, fire, water, and earth. The session's music is carefully chosen to deepen your experience.

    As we progress, you may find yourself releasing emotional blockages, receiving insights from spiritual guides, or simply enjoying deep relaxation.

    Before we start, I'll chat with you about how you're feeling and assess the state of your nervous system. This ensures the session is perfectly aligned with your current emotional and physical state. Our aim is to use breathwork for balance and rejuvenation, taking care not to overwhelm you.

    During the session, I may include body and energy work to deepen the experience—always with your consent. We’ll close with a sound healing and an integration practice, which may take the form of a conversation, meditation, or simple exercise.

  • Womb Breathwork Session

    90 min. session / €135,-

    This session invites you into the soft, cyclical world of your womb — a space beyond words, where deep remembering and healing can unfold. Womb Breathwork offers a way to reconnect with the wisdom of your feminine body, your natural rhythm, and your inner knowing.

    Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can soften, slow down, and feel. A space where you don’t have to do, fix, or change anything. Through conscious, connected breathing and the support of music, you’ll be gently guided into your womb space — the energetic center of creation, intuition, and ancestral memory.

    We’ll begin with a grounding check-in to attune to your emotional and physical state, as well as your nervous system. This ensures the session meets you where you are.

    As the breath opens the gateway inward, you may connect with suppressed emotions, release stored tension, or experience insights and imagery from deep within. The womb often reveals what's been held for too long — grief, shame, silence — but also great power, joy, and life-force.
