Summer Drinks & Creative Expression – Park Edition

A gentle and easy-going gathering of women in nature, to reconnect with our creative, feminine energy.
It’s Summer, so it’s time to gather in the park with natural homemade refreshments in the Sun! We begin by coming together in circle, taking a moment to arrive and meet each other. Followed by a grounding meditation to land fully in our bodies. A short practice will help us open up to the creative flow, and from there we’ll move into a space of free-flow creative expression. We’ll close the gathering with a short sharing circle (sharing is optional), creating space to reflect, integrate, and gently transition out of the creative process.
