In a world that often pulls us away from our natural rhythm, it's easy to forget who we truly are. But when we slow down, return to nature, and listen within, something softens. The body remembers. The soul begins to speak. And we find our way home — to our essence, our truth, and the wisdom that has always lived inside us.
As your guide, I hold space for that return. My work weaves astrology, breathwork, and shamanic practices with sound, herbs, and seasonal rituals — offered through private sessions, ceremonies, and retreats. These tools are gateways for transformation, remembrance, and deep alignment with your soul path.
At the heart of my work lies the Three Worlds — a shamanic framework that connects soul, body, and spirit. In the Lower World, we root into the Earth and the wisdom of our ancestors. In the Middle World, we connect with our present experience through the body, the breath, and emotion. In the Upper World, we open to our higher self, our potential, and spiritual guidance. This sacred map flows through all that I offer, guiding you home — to yourself, to the Earth, and to the unseen.
