Includes time for integration and sharing afterwards.

Bathe in healing sound. Crystal singing bowls, drums, rattles, and voice carry you into deep relaxation — a place where your nervous system can finally let go. Sound healing works on a level beyond words. It reaches the places in your body that hold tension, emotion, and old stories, and gently helps them unravel. All you need to do is lie down and receive.
