Taurus Season: Time to Bloom🌷
Hello beautiful soul,
Blessed Beltane to you! 🌷
Last Monday marked the halfway point between the March Equinox and the June Solstice, with the Sun at 15˚ Taurus. This sacred turning point—known as Beltane or Bealtaine in the Gaelic tradition—celebrates blooming, fertility, and the full aliveness of Mother Earth. The air is fragrant with blossoms, the earth is lush and green, and the world feels awake. This morning, on my run in the park, I saw the first ducklings of the season—tiny symbols of new life.
After what felt like a very long Winter, I too feel myself slowly waking up. Last week, I completed my first Ayurvedic spring detox. It was intense—but the heaviness, frustration, and stuckness I had been feeling gave way to more energy, lightness, and clarity. It reminded me that even small steps matter. Looking back, I see how I’ve been gently emerging from my Winter cocoon, and now, I’m almost ready to stretch my wings. 🦋
Soil & Blooming, a new heart-led project of mine, is quietly growing behind the scenes. I hope to share more about it in June, but I’m letting it unfold in its own time—just like a flower, it cannot be rushed. When the moment is right, I’ll tell you all about it.
As we move through the heart of Spring and Taurus season, perhaps the intentions you set around the Equinox are beginning to stir or sprout. Some dreams may already be blooming; others may still be tender seedlings that need your nurturance. Remember—flowers bloom in their own time, and so do you. 🌱🌸 Honor your pace. This is your unique path.
In this Soul Letter, I guide you into the grounded energy of Taurus and offer an online Shamanic Earth Journey to help you connect more deeply with Mother Earth — especially supportive with the upcoming Scorpio Full Moon on Monday morning 10 AM.🌝
With love,
Ella
Taurus: Embodiment & Awakening the Senses 🌼
Taurus, the zodiac’s second sign, invites us deeper into our journey. After Aries and the Equinox lit our inner fire and planted the seeds of intention, Taurus roots us into fertile soil—into our bodies. This is the season to remember how it feels to be fully alive: to slow down, savor, and delight in every sensation.
Feel the sun warming your skin as spring unfolds. Taste the first seasonal vegetables and notice how each bite pulses with life. Inhale the fragrance of wildflowers blooming along your path. Maybe you linger on a café terrace or walk barefoot through the grass, letting the textures of the world remind you that you are here—embodied and present. As Mother Earth opens slowly, maybe she invites you to do the same.
Taurus reminds us that our bodies are sacred temples—and that pleasure, in all its forms, is a path back to wholeness. This season is about landing fully in the body. Embodiment creates the stability and rootedness we need to move forward on our path and tend to our hopes and dreams.💫
Taurus naturally supports grounding, simply by its energy. But you can deepen that connection through conscious practices that bring you home to yourself. Explore what helps you feel grounded and alive. For some, it's movement—for others, stillness. Yoga, walking, running, dancing, somatic exercises, breathwork, or meditation—there are many paths, and no one-size-fits-all.
To support you this season, I’ve recorded a shamanic journey to merge with the Earth element—a guided practice that brings you deep into the fertile soil, into the embrace of Mother Earth. It may help you root more deeply, ground more fully, and receive guidance from Pachamama herself.🤎
Taurus Season Reflection 🐂
Taurus invites us to slow down, ground, and fully embody the present moment. Take a moment to reflect:
What brings you true pleasure and joy?
In what moments do you feel most grounded, most at home in your body?
How do you nurture your physical body—through rest, movement, touch, nourishment?
Where in your life are you being invited to slow down and savor?
What makes you feel safe, stable, and supported?
Which of your senses have you been neglecting—and how can you reawaken them?
What beauty surrounds you right now that you might not have noticed before?
Let these questions guide you back into presence, back into your body, and back into the sacred simplicity of being.
